Regular professional servicing is a legal requirement for domestic wastewater treatment systems in Ireland. Under the Water Services Act, owners must keep their systems in good repair and have them serviced at the intervals specified by the EPA Code of Practice. A maintenance contract with Guardian Environmental takes the administrative burden off your shoulders — we schedule each visit, remind you when it is due, carry out all required works, and provide the written service records that local authorities expect to see.

Our contracts are available for all types of domestic and commercial wastewater systems including septic tanks, Biocycle units, packaged treatment plants, and pumping stations. Choose the plan that matches your system type and usage level.

Contract Plans

Annual — one inspection visit per year, desludging as required, written service report, compliance check, priority call-out rate
Standard (twice yearly) — two scheduled visits, desludging as required, written reports, compliance checks, priority call-out rate
Premium (quarterly) — four visits per year, full mechanical inspection, effluent testing, annual compliance report, emergency call-out included
